Welcome to Bag Fitness, Dan's proprietary cardio workout! Bag Fitness consists of calorie burning timed-circuits on the bag rack that are non-contact and sweat dripping fun like you've never experienced before! It incorporates techniques from Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This class is perfect for anyone trying to accomplish weight loss goals! Bag Fitness is also an excellent introduction to the full blown MMA classes.
